CA S. Padmanabhan, a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, qualified in the year 1983. He chose to join Andhra Bank in the Inspection Department in 1984 and conducted internal inspection for the Bank across the length and breadth of this country. Subsequently he accepted roles in the corporate office including managing Credit especially for Large Corporate Borrowers. He moved to ING Vysya Bank in 1994 as Senior Deputy Manager and managed advances of over Rs. 75 Crores.

He set up his practice in November 1998 and has since been spearheading the progress of Padmanaban & Associates as the Founder Partner. Apart from the professional qualification, CA Padmanabhan is also a Certified Associate of The Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), holds a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has completed a certification course in Conducting Concurrent Audits of Banks from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. 

CA P. Jyothi a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, qualified in the year 1991. She has been a partner with P&A since her qualification and provided services to various Industry leading enterprises as an outsourced CFO for the initial period of her practice. She has been the backbone of the Audit practice especially with regard to Statutory and Tax Audits of Companies & Firms. She has extensive experience in conducting audits of Trusts and Societies and in advising in the complicated tax compliances for the same. She also holds a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

CA Charmila M is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Charmila qualified in the year 2018 and has been with P&A since 2021 as a Senior Manager. Effective December - 2023, she has become a Partner with P&A. She is extensively hands on with the clients and has provided services to clients in areas of Accounting, Auditing, Financial Reporting and Taxation Services. 

Rajeshwari T has been with P&A since 2010. She is the senior most employee in the organization and is involved in the performance of Bank Audits, taxation services with special focus on GST and Accounting and Financial Reporting. She is also responsible for maintaining a hospitable culture in the office and heads in the induction and training of all our new intakes.
